Use the tracking link when you only need to know where one shipment is. The Track Shipment button in a shipment email, and the Track this package link on an order you opened from an email, open a tracking page for that order’s packages. You do not need a portal login. Where: Customer Portal > Email links > Track a shipment

Before You Start

  • The link shows only the packages on the order it was sent for.
  • The link can expire. When it does, ask the seller to resend the shipment email, or sign in to the portal and use Shipments.

Follow The Shipment

  1. Select Track Shipment in the email. The page opens with the seller’s name and branding.
  2. Read the header: Shipment tracking, the current status in large type, and a date line: Delivered with a date, Expected delivery by a date, or Shipped on a date.
  3. Check the map. It shows the Origin, the Current location when the carrier reports one, and the Destination.
  4. When the order shipped in more than one package, select Package 1, Package 2, and so on to switch between them.
  5. Review the package card: the carrier and service, a status pill, and the tracking number with a copy button (Copy tracking number, then Copied).
  6. Read the timeline: each carrier scan with its status, location, and time.

The public tracking page is useful when a customer only needs package status and does not need full portal access.

Delivery Statuses

The status comes from the carrier and moves forward as the carrier scans the package.

What This Page Changes

Nothing. The tracking page is read only. It does not change the order, notify the seller, or contact the carrier.

Common Scenarios

The carrier’s site shows a newer scan

The carrier’s own site can update before the tracking page receives the next scan. Copy the tracking number and check the carrier’s site for the latest scan.

You need every shipment on the account

Sign in to the customer portal and open Shipments for all packages, or Orders for the orders behind them.
