Open Listings Performance

This report lives under Reports. It summarizes listing-level orders, units sold, revenue, channel, status, canonical product, and external SKU over the selected time window.

Listings Performance report with date window, channel filter, status filter, sort selector, summary tiles, listing rows, and export action

Choose Filters

  • Window: review the last 7, 30, 90, or 365 days.
  • Channel: focus on one marketplace or sales channel.
  • Status: review active, paused, unmapped, deleted-remotely, or error listings.
  • Sort by: rank by units sold, revenue, or newest listings.

Read Summary Tiles

  • Listings: number of listing rows returned by the current filters.
  • Revenue in window: revenue tied to the currently filtered listing set.
  • Units sold: unit volume for the current listing set.
  • Zero-sales: listings that sold no units in the selected window.
Zero sales does not always mean delete A listing can have zero sales because it is new, seasonal, out of stock, mispriced, unmapped, missing channel inventory, or intentionally paused. Review context before deleting or pausing.

Use The Listing Rows

  • Compare marketplace title, external SKU, and canonical product.
  • Look for active listings that have no sales in a meaningful window.
  • Find high-unit or high-revenue listings that deserve inventory and pricing attention.
  • Review unmapped or error statuses that may block clean reporting.
  • Export CSV when merchandising, channel, or purchasing teams need offline review.
Canonical product mapping matters A listing can sell on a marketplace but still be hard to analyze if it is not mapped to the correct Arcus product. Fix mapping before making final performance decisions.

Common Problems

  • Listing shows revenue but product is blank: review product mapping for that marketplace listing.
  • Active listing has zero sales: check price, stock, title, channel status, shipping settings, and channel visibility.
  • Expected channel is missing: confirm the sales channel integration is connected and listing sync is running.
  • Export is disabled: load report rows first, then export the current filtered set.
Use the window intentionally Seven days is useful for quick reaction. Ninety or 365 days is better for deciding whether a listing is consistently underperforming.
