Before You Start
- Sign in to the customer portal. There is no separate permission for this page: every signed-in portal user on the account sees the same shipments.
- A package appears here once the seller ships it with a tracking number. Orders that have not shipped yet are not listed.
Find A Shipment
- Select Shipments in the portal navigation. The page is titled Shipments with the line “Track all your shipments and deliveries”.
- Read the three cards at the top: In Transit, Delivered, and Active Shipments. They count the shipments in the list you are viewing.
- Find your package by the order number in the Order column. The page has a search box for order or tracking numbers, but it does not narrow the list yet, so scan the list or use your browser’s find command instead.
- Read the row for your package: Order, Carrier, Tracking #, Status, Shipped, and Est. Delivery.
- Use Previous page and Next page when the list runs longer than one page.

Portal Shipments gives customers account-scoped package visibility and carrier links.
Open The Tracking History
- Select View tracking on the row.
- The row opens a panel headed “Tracking your order #” and the order number, with the current status in large type and a date line such as Delivered with a date, Out for delivery, Expected delivery by a date, or Shipped on a date.
- Review the carrier card: the carrier and service, a status pill, the tracking number, a copy button, and a link that opens the carrier’s own tracking page in a new tab.
- Read Tracking history: each carrier scan with its status, location, and time, newest first.
- Select Hide tracking to close the panel.

Expanded shipment rows show tracking context without requiring a separate shipment detail route.
Actions On A Shipment
Delivery Statuses
The status comes from the carrier’s scans and moves forward as the carrier updates the package.
Active Shipments counts packages with a tracking number that are not yet delivered and have not failed.
Messages You Might See
What This Page Changes
Nothing. The Shipments page is read only: it does not change the order, notify the seller, or contact the carrier on your behalf. Tracking updates arrive from the carrier and appear here as the seller’s system receives them.Common Scenarios
The carrier’s site shows a newer scan
The carrier’s own page can update before the portal receives the next scan. Treat the carrier page as the live source and check the portal again later. An order shipped in several packages
Each package is its own row with its own tracking number and history.Tracking stops updating
Carriers sometimes go a day or more between scans. If there is no scan for several days, or the status shows Failure or Returned, contact the seller. You only need to follow one package
The tracking link in your shipment email opens the same history for one package without signing in.Related Articles
